Mediation

Mediation is a cost-effective and timely alternative to settling a dispute before a judge in Court. At Mediation GC, we help you resolve a conflict as an independent facilitator. Our mediators assist both parties to identify and assess their options respectfully in a structured negotiation process in order to reach a mutually accepted agreement.

We can assist you with matters not limited to:
· Property and/ or financial settlements between separating couples
· Workplace disputes
· Contractors disputes
· Neighbour disputes
· Commercial disputes

Fees for Mediation

Family Dispute Resolution

Mediation GC mediators are also registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (FDRP) accredited by the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department in accordance with the Family Law Act.

We understand separation, especially when children are involved, can be a stressful time for all involved. It is our goal to help families and newly separated couples to resolve disputes arising from divorce or separation in a cooperative and respectful way, while remaining independent of both parties.

In most cases Medication GC assists families in writing a parenting plan that works for their individual situation. Or if required we have the authority to issue a 60i Certificate.
